Design, develop, document, and analyze the architecture of software applications, support and troubleshoot upgrades and enhancements of Identity/Subscription management applications using Java, object oriented programming, J2EE, Webservices (JAX-WS), LDAP, JMS, JDBC components; identify technical issues, design modifications and apply code fixes; interact with clients, testers and team members to understand technical application issues and design solutions; provide support to customer projects on deployment in Production; troubleshoot defects in System Test and Production environments and provide solutions to fix issue; support failover procedures for high availability of systems; implement shell scripts; run SQL scripts using ORACLE database as backend; analyze applications for optimum performance and apply code changes if required to improve performance; proficient in Introscope and Sonar analysis tools, provide guidance to junior developers to implement the required design efficiently.

Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or closely related field, plus 3 years of experience in the position offered or related occupation; or Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or closely related field, plus 5 years of progressive experience in the position offered or related occupation.

Must have 3 years of experience designing, developing, documenting and analyzing overall system architecture including hardware and software using Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Solaris, AIX, JAVA, J2EE, Soap Webservices, JDBC components, Perl, Unix scripting, Struts, and EJB; implementing disaster recovery and failover procedures across datacenters; leading and troubleshooting performance testing and related issues/improvements.

So as you know, I always like to share fun ways to make money from home, and this neat app is right up my alley!! I've tested it out for a while and although most gigs require panoramic pics using the Photosynth app, it is easy to learn w/a little practice. I suppose it's not technically an at home job, but it does allow you to pick up gigs and do them on YOUR own schedule. Kids in school? Pick up a few gigs to do during the hours that they are away! Gigwalk is a mobile app for Android and iOS that allows you to find quick jobs (Gigs) in your area. Each individual Gig is represented by a pin on the map in our mobile application.
