Sales Associate
The Sales Associate supports the Account Executives within their region and prepares and/or performs sales presentations, promotions, trade shows, seminars and various sales related duties necessary to achieve maximum sales.
The Partnership Advisor develops and maintains strong relationships with Edgenuity customer accounts that are large in scope, strategic in outlook and/or complex in implementation. Working directly with the customer, the Partnership Advisor serves as the project manager for implementation and start-up support and acts as a point-of-contact for inquiries related to strategic accounts and as an escalation point for issues impacting other customers. Additionally, this role works closely with a matrixed, regionally focused services team tasked with providing comprehensive support to customers. The Partnership Advisor helps complete the sales process, enhances program implementation and manages the account through the program life cycle.
