Navigate through customized scripting while addressing the needs of the caller, right from the start. Contact clients on behalf of the customer to assist with urgent matters. We are a telemarketing free environment. You will not be asked to cold-call or make sales calls. In this role you will help 100 or more caller per day. About 80% of our calls are routine customer service.  The other 20% of calls are regarding very stressful medical and business situations.  You may be speaking to a dying caller, a family member of someone dying, or a victim of abuse.  You will be helping the callers and you must take comfort in this and be able to move onto the next call.  This role is challenging and rewarding.

Must work Monday, Friday and one weekend day.

Training/Education

Three weeks of instructor-led paid training/education. Week one is accelerated classroom education with an instructor. Week two and three are hands-on education in small groups with an instructor. After initial education work independently with additional continued education courses and counseling from the manager, assistant manager and team coach. 100% attendance is required.

Our state-of-the-art Call Center provides a variety of in-bound call support. Call center team members take back-to-back, incoming customer calls and provide customers with general assistance before, during and after their rental.

• Answer incoming calls and provide technical support and assistance with regards to our truck and trailer rentals, hitch products and all other services.
• Receive and handle a large number of inbound calls daily.
• Listening to customer concerns, documenting them and, resolving when able.
