Compensation: 

• Tier 1 Advisors: $13.00-$15.00/hour
• Employees are eligible for a one time $500.00 training completion bonus and a $250.00 Customer Satisfaction Bonus at your 90 day tenure with our program 

Qualifications:  

• Demonstrated excellence in customer service
• First-rate communications skills
• Strong technical aptitude – tablets, smartphones, laptops, etc
• High school degree or equivalent
