Sutherland CloudSource is searching for Technical Support Consultants to provide world-class service to customers via phone and email regarding Intuit’s Quicken product line. We are looking for exceptional individuals with the ability to provide outstanding application troubleshooting, accurate and efficient problem diagnosis, and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:
- Use provided scripts and published materials to answer inquiries and troubleshoot issues
- Navigate online knowledge bases to research information and provide adequate solutions
- Remain informed and trained in current technology
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Familiarity with Quicken or similar personal financial management software
- Advanced PC and internet knowledge (browsers, operating platforms, cache, cookies, etc.)
- Strong typing skills (35 wpm, 90% accuracy)
- Willingness to download personal financial info into Quicken, which will be provided by the client at no charge and will take place during training
- Strong analytical and financial management skills; able to identify appropriate solutions to match customer needs
- Excellent multitasking and interpersonal skills
- Intermediate understanding of personal finances
