FROSCH has a great opportunity for an experienced travel consultant with stellar customer service skills to join our White Glove After-Hours team.
As a White Glove Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the travel reservations of multiple VIP corporate clients from their initial request to completion. This includes coordinating all elements of travel; airline, hotel, car rental, and other miscellaneous needs.
Shifts for this position rotate with 7 days on and 7 days off and will range between the hours 6:00 PM or 6:30 PM CST to 3:00 AM and 8:00 AM-8:00 PM CST Saturday through Sunday.  Holiday shifts are required.



FROSCH is looking for full-time After-Hours Travel Consultants to join our growing company. If you thrive in a fast paced work environment and have excellent customer service skills we want to hear from you!
In this virtual role, you will provide remote assistance during evenings, weekends and holidays. Schedules vary based on shift selection.
As an After-Hours Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting travelers with new reservations, changes and problems that arise during travel while being consultative and adhering to the traveler’s company travel policies.




FROSCH has a terrific opportunity for a Dedicated Group Travel Coordinator to join our Account Management team. In this position you will serve as a dedicated point of contact for a high profile FROSCH client and their meeting and events team. If you are one to always strive for excellence and understand the importance of exceeding a client’s expectation this is an opportunity for you. A background in group travel is highly preferred.
