Pay rate: $16.75 to $18.90 per hour depending on experience and position, plus:
- An additional 10-15% when you work evening or weekend hours
- Performance-based rewards

Bilingual Customer Service Rep
Supporting and building trust with our customers, you’ll service their unique needs while also offering available products. Our paid training and continued coaching will provide you with a solid base of insurance knowledge, so you’ll feel confident serving our customers.
Must-have qualifications
- One or more years of college education or relevant work experience
- Work or educational experience must include:
- Customer service, sales and/or influencing others

- Multitasking and time management skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Computer skills
- Fluent in Spanish and English (speak and read)

- One or more years of college education or relevant work experience which includes:

- An additional 10% when you work evening or weekend hours
- Performance-based rewards
Training starts November 2020 or January 2021
Schedules will include a weekend day and could include evening hours after completion of training.
