So why, you ask, was I so drawn to this company? This one statement on their webpage years ago about balance is what sold me! "At Alpine Access, we understand that you have commitments outside of work and respect your need for balance in your life. This is why we empower you and our 5,000 employees across the U.S. and Canada to create your own work schedules, giving you ultimate flexibility and a schedule that meets your needs." All I can say is "WOW." We all know that I am all about balance, so this statement alone, showed me that Alpine Access was right up my alley and I hope it is up yours too.
They offer virtual call center opportunities, and are perfect for WAHM (work at home moms), military families, retirees, folks with disabilities-just about anyone looking for additional income! AND they even offer bilingual customer care jobs for those fluent in Spanish. Score!
Working as a customer care rep means that all calls are inbound-no selling. Basically, You will be answering telephone calls from our clients’ customers. Typically, those customers are calling to place orders for products or services, ask questions about those products or services, or to inquire about orders they have already placed.
There are home office requirements that everyone who is hired, must meet, but their work opportunities are available in the US, as well as Canada so that covers my readers in the North American continent. =) Curious if they employ in your state? They have opportunities in 40 of the US States:
Alabama | Indiana | Missouri | Pennsylvania |
Arizona | Iowa | Nebraska | South Carolina |
Arkansas | Kansas | Nevada | South Dakota |
Colorado | Kentucky | New Hampshire | Tennessee |
Connecticut | Louisiana | New Jersey | Texas |
Delaware | Maine | New York | Utah |
Florida | Maryland | North Carolina | Virginia |
Georgia | Michigan | North Dakota | Washington |
Idaho | Minnesota | Oklahoma | Wisconsin |
Illinois | Mississippi | Oregon | Wyoming |
The other great thing is that while many companies that offer a virtual work environment, require that you act as an independent contractor, Alpine Access does not!! When hired by Alpine Access, you are an employee – not an independent contractor! what does that mean? That means competitive compensation, BENEFITS, PTO, career advancement opportunity, and pay raises. It is such a blessing when you can contribute to your family in financial way, but still be able to have the flexibility to keep up with your family responsibilities. If this sounds like a match for you, check them out at: Alpine Access
